With over 25 years of experience training both dogs and their owners, Tracie Dulniak has dedicated her career to helping families understand the dynamics at the other end of the leash. She has extensive expertise in service dog training, serious behavior issues, socialization, and the use of various training tools, utilizing both positive and balanced methodologies. Tracie is passionate about educating owners on the "why" behind their dog's behavior, helping them navigate reactivity, aggression, and breed-specific instincts to create a safe and successful training experience. Throughout her career, Tracie has worked with thousands of dogs across the country. She has managed a large kennel and rehabilitation facility, specializing in cases involving severe behavioral challenges. Her work has included rescuing countless dogs from euthanasia, assisting with court-mandated training for bite cases, and providing highly trained service dogs for veterans and individuals with disabilities. She has also led large-scale socialization sessions with up to 100 dogs.
Tracie's expertise has been recognized by industry leaders—she has trained dogs for Pit Bulls and Parolees, received referrals from Cesar Millan’s training facility in California, and has never turned away a dog or owner in need of her services. Her priority has always been the well-being of the dog over the bottom line. Having trained under some of the best in the field, Tracie is well-versed in the humane and effective use of various training tools when necessary to achieve the best outcomes for both dog and owner. Many of her clients come to her after working with multiple trainers, and they find lasting success through her guidance. Her goal is to foster a lifetime of harmony and balance between dogs and their owners, ensuring a strong and lasting bond built on trust and understanding.
